A re-rating will occur once they get the mining license , and that is only days away .It is understood mining licenses have been signed off by the authorities,Companies are waiting to see who has been granted their licenses .
STA was one of the 1st Companies to apply ,so all should be good .
This stock has incredible upside and won't be at these levels for too much longer IMHO .
