    The key sentence for me came close to the end of RR's presentation when he said "and whether it's Rox OR SOMEONE ELSE this WILL get built". Until then I had viewed his speech mostly as a compelling pitch to Hawke's Point to maintain and increase their support for the project. Personally I'm still hoping for Rox to see it through to production instead of accepting a lowball TO offer, but with the price of gold so high ... Interesting times ahead?
