This one is genuinely flying under the radar I think, as soon as some revenue figures related to the massive Mozambique LNG projects start rolling in, people will wish they stocked up while it was so cheap. A PE ratio of 10-11 is fairly normal for labour hire companies in Australia, which would justify double our current market cap with only 1% rather than 10% of the peak numbers.
Allowing for some sovereign risk being priced in, this is still under valued. Africa, and specifically Mozambique is getting a lot of attention from the US government for strategic development, in order to limit Chinese investment influence in the region.
