    I assume Vinfast have gotten cold feet due to the USA inflation reduction act. ie Vietnam does not have a free trade agreement with USA therefore no subsidies. That said, I would assume Vinfast will factor somehow, wether it be off take from downstream in some way. Everyone will be short nickel in coming years.
