Plus with Toronto being the only likely source of funding the $400m build (only place in world that 'gets' Tin) options are limited outside of build time. I always wondered why Renison has never popped the question, but I believe with current Tin sales volumes outside of China they have no need. Market needs something like China has dramatically overstated it's Tin reserves and for that to stick, unlike last 2 times.
