I’m an ex-holder but a keep an eye on GMD.
Notice in the last Annual Report a co called Botsis Holdings held 55 million shares and Michael Fotios held 15 million in his own name.
Questions off top of my head:
- Is Botsis Holdings associated with Michael Fotios?
- If so, are these holdings now controlled by the administrators of MF’s bankrupt estate?
- Have any of these shares been sold, and if so why have there not been any Change of Substantial notices if the shareholding has dropped to less than 5%?
- Does GMD management intend on facilitating the sale of any of MF’s shares to a sophisticated investor so that they are not dumped on market?
@Rado1982 @danis1977 @Gwaihir - If any of you have any knowledge of the above please advise.
i really think that it would be appropriate for GMD to make an announcement regarding Michael Fotios since he is now declared as bankrupt and is/was a substantial holder.
