It was in one of the announcements - he participated in the 1.15c raising but the ASX notified as a related party that wasn’t allowed so he was forced to sell his shares by today. The company then added a motion to allow him to buy new shares in the shareholders meeting. As I understand it, he had to sell 6M and then he was allowed to buy 8M more. Search for “related party”.
