    It is not at all strange the SK are not mentioned.
    Its actually reassuring. Heres why: 

    • SK are a 100% off take partner for the cobalt and nickel. 
    • They are not looking for investors for something that is already sold. 
    • What they are looking for is an off-take partner for scandium. 
    • The fact they are not mentioning SK again cements that the off take is binding and is not going anywhere.
