Does he actually need to update the market though?
The Ann in January clarified it. The options expire February 20.
If there's no Ann that SK have taken up the options then they have obviously lapsed.
I guess some would ask "where to now?" So in that regard an Ann with some clarity might help investors.
I'm with a few others. SK not being named at all in the investor presentation is strange.
For anyone that plays euchre, SK are the right Bauer. You don't just leave it out for no reason.
