yea, ok so let's put into speculation for a moment. as someone mention it before on Hc, BB say sk taking option it won't be happening over the phone, it will be face to face. if that's what I remembered before.. umm so BB will be at conference today and tomorrow is the deadline. if BB really meet with SK in person every 2weeks.. at Seoul. then he probably already know the answer BB.
as the report is not mentioning SK, it just said future finance secure as the complete target. so it could also be saying SK is done, just waiting the final paper work. because SK is only a portion of the total finance package, so future finance can mean NAÏF and others.
as above is my speculations point of view.. anything could happen who knows
