Yup that's why they normally have these presentations, because a CR looming imo.

Problem here is this stock can't rise imo because there is 500m shares to be issued at 0.003 soon.

Because management did this, the SP in my opinion wont rise above current levels and if anything will fall towards the 0.003 issue price.

You can't issue that many shares at rock bottom and not feel the effect of severe dilution and holders exiting by the bucket load. But the recipients of the 0.003 shares can have a pip profit, sad really
