Re item 2 above, if Stanco was the buyer I'm sure Baker would have referred to them as a Taiwanese buyer. As he referred to a Chinese buyer, I would assume it is Stanco.
Perhaps the sales rep and Sorenson have started earning their keep and are making new sales.
