    NHE state they're funded for the flow test and pilot plant but I think they'd be running on fumes after that.
    Therefore I'd expect them to raise cash prior to the flow test results given there's no guarantee it will be commercial.

    Most of the $14m raised recently is already spent, leaving $4.5m for appraisal and testing.
