Hi Gazzer beginning Feb next year our only income will be from superannuation , dividends and interest, so the days of higher risk and doubling down are over, unfortunately , so its really a matter of keeping a lot of my powder dry over the next year or two and look at re entering into dividend opportunities and specific sectors at some point..there are always opportunities in the market.

I simply don't know what the market is going to do over the next year or two but all cycles top out and this one has been going since the GFC in 2008 , which is a very long run, so is overdue for a correction at some stage IMO, so Im acting accordingly and will be perfectly happy if I'm wrong, just have to wait a bit longer and miss a bit of upside which is more relaxing than being right and getting caught up in the downside because you didn't follow your instincts...
