go back over the last 2 years quarterly cashflow reports and just add up how much they have spent on Exploration and compare that to how much they have spent on Corporate and Staff costs - the results should be ringing alarm bells.

“Confetti George” when be became MD of Northern Minerals it had around 260 Million shares on issue and approx. 10 years later when he left NTU the shares on issue were approaching 5 Billion - almost a 16 bagger dilution for shareholders

what has Confetti George achieved for Valor so far:-

it appears to me that this is a lifestyle company, where directors prefer to pay themselves rather than to spend the money on drilling

can anyone show me one company of the many Confetti George has been on the board of that has actually grown shareholder wealth? - that is the share price finished higher when Confetti George left the company as compared to what the share price was when he joined
