For a small-cap explorer with several early stage projects, I personally think the GRL board is pretty solid.

Ian Buchhorn (who is both a non-executive director and the second largest GRL shareholder) has a strong reputation in the mining industry. He's an accomplished geologist and businessman with decades of experience.

Also, GRL has recently brought in Dr Chris Hartley as a non-executive director. Dr Hartley is a specialist in developing critical minerals projects. He's been in the industry for about 20 years. No doubt his expertise will be invaluable to the development of Narraburra.

IMO, Dr Hartley's arrival was auspicious and opportune. His appointment demonstrates that the GRL board is capable of adapting quickly to changing circumstances and is serious about progressing the Narraburra project in a timely manner.
