That was one of the two take away items I got when speaking to them, they are fully permitted from an EPA standpoint and there are no environmental hoops they need to jump through as the land is already cleared due to it being 'farm' land.
And 2nd, the port at Geraldton is on a first come first serve basis - if IND get to market first, it will really put the brakes on any other people in the area attempting to ship out of this port!
Still need to do my DD on this co before buying in - but gee it sounds good.
