It doesn't really matter that much if the solution is specialised selective blasting (controlling the mafic/iron issue in the pit) or a out of the pit ore sorter (controlling the mafic/iron problem at the start of the processing chain) or potentially even a magnetic separator (Controlling the mafic/iron by selecting and removing magnetic particles). What matters is they are thinking about the issue and at least one, if not several potential solutions exist so that iron grades are under control and inside acceptable limits. its thin seams where the iron issue is likely to be more problematic because relatively speaking, there is more nearby mafic material.
