I like this initiative and the content.
A specific plan moving forward to increase company product awareness/performance in the market place (particularly Asia/Singapore) along with an underlying focus of potentially attracting new investors - thus improving overall shareholder value.
A marketing plan going to be executed, not just information documents thrown out with a take it or leave it approach..
