Its in the asx announcements. We've always known its a conditional loan. What those conditions are have not been made public but it would be a fairly good bet that the Gov would require binding offtakes before it loaned $185 mil.
Hence, as I've mentioned previously, this will stagnate until we secure one or two offtakes. IMO.
