Dr, I have the utmost respect for you and the humour you bring to this forum, but your price is missing one small, but very important variable.
CRAP MANAGEMENT.
Rhodesia was (and remains so) a beautiful country, rich in farmland and minerals. It has a hard working population that can make things happen, but it was taken over and run by a muppet. No-one would do business there because it's leader had a superiority complex that drove the country into the ground. He looked after only himself and made stupid public statements, that caused the wider community to lose faith in his ability to lead and to restore its once great reputation.
So, despite all the promise and the assets, everything associated with it became worthless.
Does this sound familiar?
Until the BOD and the management team of this company are gone, a realistic share price for what we have is never going to be realised.
