What I find most annoying is that they wont even honestly address the issue in the reports and presentations. The uncertainty is what is killing the shares price. Give the market an update on what actions they are taking to resolve the issue? What are the issues that Talley's are raising? Is there any mediation taking place. Give the market some honest information so shareholders can make informed decisions!
I wonder are they mis leading the market when they give this wonderful presentation showing how cashed up they are, but then omitting the fact they cant access all this cash they are promoting? Are they being fully transparent with the market? Is it deceptive to omit this crucial detail?
What I find most annoying is that they wont even honestly...
