I wonder are they mis leading the market when they give this wonderful presentation showing how cashed up they are, but then omitting the fact they cant access all this cash they are promoting? Are they being fully transparent with the market? Is it deceptive to omit this crucial detail?

I suspect if the company were to be upfront with the capital issue(s) with Talleys BRL management will look somewhat foolish for putting Shers in such a position.
