I don't think they'd make such an announcement on an assumption. They may be more forthcoming after a decision. Talleys have a 50% say on decisions that affect the operations of the JV. Arguing for a retention of capital to preserve the operations of the JV is compelling given what might be payable if an unfavourable outcome occurs. Talleys took a stake in BRL to protect its interests. They've been around a long time and I can see why.
