DW and co won’t step down on their own, he’s earning $450k a year plus perks regardless of his performance. If the company should do good then he’ll get shares and value of his multimillion shares go up so he’s winning either way.
DW and co get zero points for their technical skills, share performance again zero, timing of CR, you guessed it, zero. The only half decent move he’s made is the FO deal which gives us some hope.
