reread the AAM announcement and possibly the bauxite will be joint funded through the UAE government in an equity spilt, then OCD also in an update apparently offered $80M, but this could be included in conv. notes, too many unknowns.
Still doesn’t make sense, the major miners around the world have started giving away their thermal assets, why buy into something that requires significant startup capital, when you potentially could buy stranded or unwanted assets on the cheap? Thermal and Met coal market is in the doldrums, I would expect some fire sales within the next 18mnths...
