Does anyone know if the convertible note issue has been fully subscribed ?
I wouldn't mind taking some up - 8% + BBSW is a pretty good rate considering the security
of the notes plus you get the free options as well.
We didn't get much detail when the issue was announced.
Who will they be offered to ? are they underwritten ?
Will they accept oversubscriptions ?
It seems to be a well thought out refinancing plan.
