I can only see a CR happening if there is an acquisition on the market that management want NOW. PH owns about 15% of the company so can’t see him doing anything that doesn’t protect shareholder value.
So as long as any CR increases shareholder value in terms of EPS, then I’m happy. I think we have very shrewd management so will back them in if they feel a CR is warranted. But I think their natural instinct would be not to “share” the company with new investors unless pivotal to the growth strategy.
