I'm actually a little confused, have the plans changed underneath our noses without anyone noticing?
What I mean is, stage 2 was always about increasing early cashflows to bootstrap HPMSM production. With the last CR there was wording around 'fast tracking' ie not waiting for operating cashflow to finance the expansion, which is a positive move.
Now this presentation refers to Stage 2 as providing Mn concentrate for MnSO4 production. Does that mean all ore produced is planned to be stockpiled and not sold into the alloys market? Stage 1 is already fully committed to OMH so that would mean no offtake incoming for Stage 2.
Interested to hear how others read this subtle change...
