definitely looks like someone in the know has been accumulating since late January, must know that the approvals are coming and the hurdles can be crossed, and expecting positive news soon. The tin price of late may be giving them more conviction as well. I have also wanted to add since about 11c but have not as money elsewhere (gold and biotechs mostly). I have kept and eye on this stock for ages, held it before but i think this time will be the one. I do get the feeling that news is imminent...
