Yes, a CR is inevitable, but EU funding might (hopefully) come into the mix, a JV perhaps, and of course a complete buy out of ELT which i would not expect until the mine/plant is built and all the issues associated with this have been de-risked. Hopefully drops to 16c or so and i can top up.
