It’s on a mission - a mission to make X & Y tons of Lithium & Boron product every Day of every Week, of every Month, of every Year over the next 30 years
. Bottom line.... to the value of $Billions and billions of Dollars, divided by 2.

A company has just committed hundreds of Millions of $$ to make this happen.

What INR gets is half of that 30years worth of Boron and Lithium production profit.

Focus that this Value has been unlocked!
- rather than focus on what another company has, owns, cares about etc. Just forget it! Lol
Seriously, INR now have access to 50% of a massive, LOW COST, disruptive resource that they didn’t have access to yesterday.

Calculate yearly revenue projections based on relevant forecasted market prices for each product:resource. Work back from there.
This is a good deal. We win, is all we need to accept, finally. Resource unlocked day!

****the announcement details are subject to shareholders approval - I am being realistic. But nonetheless that’s the deal being proposed and that’s the way I think it should be seen because we are all invested into “the chances of a certain outcome coming to fruition”.
That’s the the thick of it and we just got our vehicle to make it happen.
It’s not like we sold half of the company or anything outrageously stupid. only a troll would try to convince you if that kind of thinking.
