Can someone explain this $70m EGM vote? (or has it been in this forum already, apologies) Is the partnership going ahead, even if we vote "no" to giving them the shares at 65.5? I first read the announcement as $490m cash +$70m in shares. But they look to be distinctly different agreements.
If they are, I dont understand why we would give another $70m
