so you'll sell your shares to me for 50% of the market price right now?
jokes aside the NPV was done at a fixed point in time based on assumptions. with this deal the timeline is accelerated (presumably) and maybe the debt/equity ratio changed vs the DFS NPV, so it's possible the NPV has increased. in addition, the value of ioneer shares includes the value of the management revenue stream and projects outside the JV. however i don't think this deal is immediately share price positive, so we'll have to see what SS brings to the table in terms of relationships (debt and customers)
