I do agree..Risk v Reward.....how much money spent with no return if we just stand around kicking the dirt...waiting..hoping for a break..
I have digested what I can and as a layman do not have a great knowledge but do believe decisions have to be made on "where do we need to be in 5yrs from now"
That is the crust of it..simple...
