In it's current formulation, i don't believe it looks promising as a treatment for full blown sepsis/bacteraemia, and I get that impression from this presentation also.
Looking great as a UTI/pre-sepsis treatment, which is still a massive market. And possibly some sort of formulation change such as protein binding could improve the plasma concentration profile.
Still hugely undervalued, but wish management would be more up front.
