I dont agree with all off his posts,but the fact is they need money and this kfe holders is why kfe is falling ,not because val is down ramping.I must say i sold alot off shares at 10.5 thinking they would need to dilute heavily.I have been right ,though i lost 15k now i would be down 60k .Many kfe holders a ruing the fact they did not sell and now are getting out.The story may be good but so is SdL AND LOOK WHERE THEY ARE without money you will find things very dificult.Dont be fooled by the angry holders still holding,This unfortunately is going to be very heavily diluted and i wont be popular i know but really we cant be angry ,val has been correct with his call.
