Not in the slightest........ but always watching closely, not also sure that US citizens will take to kindly to any lock downs...that horse has bolted.

Successive Democrat and Republican presidents have had their terms during the shale boom, George W Bush(Republican) was at the beginning however the boom and pace continued and increased under Obama (Democrat). Trump for that matter has continued to support the oil and gas industry in the fact that he wanted America to become a Nett exporter and producer. The push for this was some may argue to flood the USA with production to keep gasoline prices low at the pump and win him favouritism (doesn't sound like him)

Biden may in fact restore some production balance to the global market post Covid recovery as they have declared that only oil and gas on federal lands would possibly be targeted, BRK is not in that federal band and I would be more concerned for other companies operating wells on those lands.

A Biden Democratic shut down on federal reserves could have two profound benefits for oil and gas producers including Brookside, one being that physical production has been removed from the market giving lift to oil and gas prices presuming that other producers do not full the volumes removed. The second is that there is a potential for acreage prices to increase as demand for tier 1 producing acreage not on federal reserves are sought

Oklahoma has had an oil and gas industry for over 100 years therefore are very supportive of the industry as the tax revenues received supports the governments coffers and would bet they would not want to see that removed

Anyways its all political and could change in in the wind of the day.
