It does extend TOX's coverage nationally out of their WA base. I can see the sense in that and they have been planning on that for a while now. The business on the East Coast is less about mining (though it's still there of course) and more about monitoring, and handling residential and commercial waste for the big cities from Brisbane down to Melbourne. We will have to wait and see what the SH offer is too.
