Unless there is government support it's unlikely the small company begins producing rare earths. Though with the unique situation here we likely won't be looking at the usual billion dollar capex but several hundred million so I might eat my words with this.

I can see us blowing right past the brazilian rare earths projects if we prove up a decent tonnage to match our superior metallurgy. We need a study to match which highlights exactly to the market how our economics can blow theirs out of the water.
