Personally, I bought a small holding because of their REE clay deposit - should be low cost mining and easy processing, which appears to be confirmed by the metallurgical studies. Recently, however, they have been expanding into REE hard rock mineralisation and that is a different story.
Nevertheless, I find it strange that so much attention is paid to the prospects of Lewis Ponds in this presentation. Surely, the only relevant piece of information is that they have sold it for $11M as a sequence of staged payments. There is no JV and no NSR with the sale agreement. $11M is what it is.
