Performance shares have nothing to do with the current share price, anyone who thinks this is deluded IMO
Its a pretty simple formula here.
If you are performing, you get rewarded which will equate to the share price being alot higher because the company is meeting share holder expectations.
The company has only been listed on the ASX for 3 1/2 months. Some folk need to give it a chance lol
