I'm sure there are plenty more companies involved and in the works with revenue potential.
We saw from the IAM fiasco (sorry to mention them) how sensitive companies of this level are when it comes to being mentioned in an MOU or an SOU. NAB virtually denied involvement and the stock plunged.
The fact Nationwide and AMP are fine to be mentioned speaks volumes. I am sure there are many that are sensitive to chatbots, as it means job losses potentially.
Just need to read between the lines.
