IMO there is no point spending money on expanding into the larger furnaces until they can realise value for shareholders. We have a low cost 'green' hydro power contract that lasts for another 10 years at least but the sp just drifts in a low range. I am hoping now the dividend policy is active that they will make every effort to issue a dividend twice a year. I dont see OMH attracting institutional investors without changing anything which seems the approach at present. Starting to pay regular dividends I believe will help achieve what the dual listing has not.
