Could be just a general rerating of PDL purchasing companies. CCP is up strongly today as well and has been trending up for the past week or so. An 18%+ rise is a significant increase and may mean something is in the wind - first thing that comes to mind is the possible refinancing at much lower rates. It would be good to see the company in a much better position with costs. If things improve enough I would consider getting back in. I believe the industry has some tailwinds coming up but not just yet.
