Exactly doctorwho2, it wouldnt be a bad thing to let shareholders know what is going on and give a range of examples that may occur in the event of winning or losing the legal battle. They have let shareholders totaly in the dark about how much they could possibly be up for. My honest opinion is they them self dont even know what the worst case sernario is which should make a few stand up and start asking questions.

I emailed the comapany today and am awaiting a reply in regards to why they dont make the legal battle aware to the public in their investor presentations.

I doubt i will get a reply but we will see.
