Well witchy. It is sad that you see fit to attack me personally. Your time would be better spent analysing the company itself and addressing all the issues that have prevented the SP from taking off.
I have been looking at company pitch decks for nearly 30 years and have learnt to see through the BS and spin. I do not want to see extravagant claims of growth potential, associations with global brands who are irrelevant to this company, and global market statistics that have very little relevance to this company's immediate sales and profits.
I want to see hard provable facts and financials that are reasonable and that stack up. This presentation does not address NET's pressing need for capital, its low recurring revenue, its total absence of profitability after 10 years of being in business, its constantly changing business model, endless dilution, the cash burn, the weak product distribution (yes including the 10,000 Chinese salesmen and the distribution "deals" that have faded to nothing).
It is not unreasonable to expect a company to show a profit from operations after 10 years. We should be way past the 'startup phase' now given the supposedly high quality and innovative product NET claims it has. We should be way past relying on endless cap raises to keep the damn thing afloat. If NET's product is so compelling, we should be shovelling it out the door in truck loads and be wallowing cash.
Lots of announcements, very little delivered. Hence my view that this presentation is nothing more than a glossy pitch to the gullible. It seems the market doesn't believe NET's management either, with the SP drifting along at 4-5 cents. The thing is, it is difficult to put a valuation on a business that has no profit, no clear source of recurring revenue and where sales are off a very low base. It's easy to get an impressive 'growth' number when the starting point is so very low. It then comes down to a belief in management's ability to execute a business plan and deliver on its promises. This has not been demonstrated yet. This is aggravated by the abysmal lack of factual communications from the company, the high board churn, meaningless announcements, etc.
Show me where I'm wrong.
