I am interested in some feedback. Given the market this coy is working in, namely one of the lowest cost accommodation for retirees of a fairly high/good standard, wouldn't you think people would be falling over themselves to become a resident? So why is there a need for television advertising in Adelaide? Candidates for their units typically do not even have $1000 in savings at the time of applying according to a brief given by the CEO at a conference I attended in Sydney a few months ago. Any thoughts?
