Can't be too slow. Finance and Offtake agreements etc must be lodged prior July 2013 for Government approval. The presentation also states that " OFFTAKE OFFERS have been received from multiple parties - Right to refusal to BHP on similar terms"...
The deals are done the finances are in place, just waiting on some drill results from lab and to hit some increased resource size and this thing is done and dusted heading skyward. I wouldn't be surprised if they drag it out as long as possible, more tree shaking and mopping up of disgruntled sellers. Things need to get moving in a few months as 12 months of construction will already through this into early 2014.
