Yep the Middle East has come in late and strong by the sounds of it.
The US plant timelines are based on current approval timelines and don't take into account any smoothing of the way that will probably happen over the next year.
Would love to get Dubbo funding over the line - the Saudi sovereign fund would have a bit spare I'm thinking.
Love it that it is a competitive RFI in the US for the location of the plant as well.
